A relaxing sky bar with great sights of Phnom Penh during the night time. Great cocktails, we had two dwelling signatures and the whisky sour, all of which satisfied. There was a fairly easy listening Filipino band actively playing, as well as band was accepting of track requests. Ideal for an evening to wind down, with cool breeze.Good Guesthouse
